You can access exam questions and answers in PDF format here. You need Adobe Acrobat to open PDF files (Go here for help). Note that there are differences from one year to the next in whether a topic is covered near the end of the material for one exam or at the beginning of the material for the next exam -- the lecture and exam schedules vary slightly from year to year. Note also that in 2006 and 2007, there were no lectures on experimental methods for working with proteins, so 2005 exam questions on purification and characterization of proteins would not be relevant in 2007. There was no lecture on protein folding in the cell/chaperones in 2007, so questions on that material (e.g., about the GroE complex) would not be on exams in 2007.
