Animation of Heme Iron Movement upon Oxygenation

This movement alters the structure of each subunit , which in turn alters the interaction between subunits at the interfaces.  (Based on 2hhb.pdb, C. Fronticelli, unpublished and 1 hho.pdb, B. Shaana, J. Mol. Biol. 17 31 (1984)).
