In this "peptide" the phi and psi angles have been set to those
corresponding to an antiparallel β-strand.
Here we see the hydrogen bonds formed between two strands of an
antiparallel β-sheet.
In this view we see the "pleats" of an antiparallel β-sheet. Note
how the sidechain groups point alternatively above and below the
plane of the sheet.
