Introduction - This script shows the structure of A RNA. (based 1rna.pdb, A.C.Dock-Bregeon et al, J. Mol. Biol. 209 459 (1989)).
This is an RNA duplex. One chain (yellow) runs 3' to 5', while the other (green) runs 5' TO 3' - They are antiparallel. The structure is quite similar to A-DNA.
