The oligosaccharide chain is shown in spacefill and the polypeptide is in YELLOW. The Asn to which the oligosaccharide is attached is shown in BLUE. The oligosaccharide sequence starts with two NAG (GREEN) and has seven MAN (RED) in a branched structure.
