T-RNA

Introduction - This script shows the structure of a t-RNA. (Based on 6tna.pdb, J.L.Sussman et al., J. Mol. Biol. 123 607 (1978)).

This is phenylalanine t-RNA. The ribose-phosphate backbone is RED and the bases are YELLOW. Note how the bases form intramolecular base pairs.
