The SRGE Dbase was created in Summer 2002 by Vikram Appikatla, Ritu Pandey and Sanjay Chauhan in the Miesfeld Laboratory in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics at University of Arizona. A newer version was developed by Sachin Narasimhan in March 2003. Currently the SRGE Database contains results from our expression profiling experiments using either a 5300 or 19400 gene chip array produced by the Arizona Cancer Center Microarray Facility. These data can be queried using the SRGE Dbase Search Function which provides gene lists that are linked to online tools provided by the Bioinformatics Core of the Arizona Cancer Center. We have recently added an online data SRGE Dbase Upload Feature which allows researchers to add their data to the database and query it using the tools we have developed. If your are interested in adding data to the SRGE Dbase, please contact Roger Miesfeld or Sanjay Chauhan to obtain a log-in name and password.

The SRGE Dbase project was discontinued in 2005, however, the EoL-1 and HT-AR1 data sets are still accessible.
