Faculty, staff and students at the University of Arizona can be approved to use the x-ray instrument.

  1. Download and fill out the RC-088 form from the Radiation Control web site.
  2. Get Sue's signature on the form
  3. Send the form to Radiation Control, take the class, pass the test, give Sue a copy of your certificate
  4. Get safety training from Sue,
  5. Get instrument usage training from Sue or Andrzej.
After this, you can schedule and use the instrument on your own.
