I get an error that warpbin isn't found. What now?

You need to set an environmental variable. Type this:

My iron (copper) keeps disappearing.

Add it to the warp built model with the residue name IUM and in chain X. Call it an FE. Remember to left-justify the name (move it over one column to the left from the other atom names. Put the correct number of electrons in the right-most variable. (If it's close, like Cu or Zn, ignore this nicety.)
