Data Processing Hints

Available Software for Data Reduction:

Crystal Clear (RAxis controller) installed on chenier, kodaly

Mosflm (including imosflm and xia2 interfaces) installed on django (scale with scala (ccp4))

xds installed on django

HKL2000 can be used on SSRL computers for data collected at SSRL

For a MAD Experiment:

Remember to scale I+/I- separately

Multiple wavelengths must be indexed consistently

For very high resolution data:

Two passes will probably be needed to collect both the strong, low-resolution data and the very weak high resolution data. Take care scaling the two passes together. Don't use too much of the low-resolution pass - just make sure that you have accurate measurements for all the overloaded reflections seen on the images for the high-resolution pass.
